The new owner has privatized it for his family and now the originally 15 room motel is 7 rooms, 1 giant entertaining lounge/kitchen area, 1 work-out room, and 1 video arcade/dance room. The ivy has taken over the exterior walls. Anyone may wish to trim that down or leave it as additional character for the motel that it was, The Ivy Reststop.
