Small quaint and cozy. This reno brings it up to decent mid-range level, though still only one bedroom. I fixed a few issues, like the roofing, and tried to give the place a more logical layout. One thing led to another, and I ended up adding a trailer in the back for an entirely imaginary tenant. Oh well.
