I made a Loft with main colors, blue and green for the kitchen and living room. Upstairs in the sleeping space there is a more darker tone inspired by Japanese Style. In order to youse the PC underneath the stairs let your Sim sit first and then use the Computer. Pls use bb.moveobjects as you place it, to prevent stuff from dissappearing.
