Tidal Tower Rebuild
I completely bulldozed the lot and rebuilt it to hold 10 single dorms, 4 private bathrooms, a massive communal bathroom, a lab, a study, a rec room, a cafeteria, and plenty of porch space for building skills and socializing! Is it completely unrealistic? Absolutely! ^-^;; I hope you enjoy it though!
