This build took such a long time but I really like how it turned out. It's bar now, but it can easily be turned into a community lot, pretty much everything is already there. I used paintings by the amazing #AlJay2000 #OxanaKSims and #roseymow This is also part of the Portia series I'm doing, as there wasn't enough space for the whole Portia Harbor was too big for one lot.
