A small stone cottage which qualifies as a tier 2 tiny residential lot. I imagined that it was set around the 1940's, and built somewhere in the British countryside. The lot includes a cottage-style garden, with a miniature pond and farm plot for growing fruits and vegetables. Play tested and everything should function.
