I had my alien duo in mind when I made this (I tried different windows, more lights and landscaping it looks awesome, especially at night) but I wanted to keep the cost below 20k and still have enough for land. The layout upstairs puts Charlie and her safety first, I have a feeling she won't be happy with Chris watching her every move for long.
