This is a remake of the house featured in American Horror Story: Coven. Created on a 40x30 lot, it is only the house and not the surrounding garden and greenhouse. If you place on a larger lot you can add those yourself. The bottom level is created to be very accurate, expect Cordelia's office which was difficult to get right.
