UPDATE! Built at Lighthouse from GT though it could be a nice rental somewhere woodsy. :-) The loft bedroom might be perfect for a teen. The large attic (not pictured) can be used for storage, studio, play area etc. The update adds a greenhouse with some perfect quality plants and a basement with pool, small gym, rec room and secret magic lair.
