I used the outside of an already built house but changed the inside. There are for bedrooms but the house can comfortably hold 8 sims. The 2 down stairs bedrooms were for my twin toddlers and my twin babies. Upstairs is where mom and dad slept and the twin kids, The house is mostly or fully basegame.
