Copied the footprint by grid then renovated for #basegame , so a nice basic 8 sim household ready for renos and upgrading. #starterhome #starter #youtube #simsupply #8sims #cute #family . Built it with under 20,000 in mind.. buildmode said it was 19,998. gallery shows it up at 17,998. I don't know which one is right.
