I created a starter home for a family of 8! I know you start with 32k when you make 8 sims from CAS but I thought I might aswell try 20K. The house is fit for 2 adults, 2 teens,2 kids and 2 toddlers although kids can use the teen beds and vice versa. The walls are pretty bare and house is clutter free but it has a computer,toys and an easel. I don't think it looks 20k Enjoy!
