This was my shot at a photo and floorplan of a house my friend #aleral312 asked me to try my hand at. I think it turned out alright, but it only slightly resembles the photo. Floorplan is almost perfect. #onebedroom #twobaths Built on #sandyrun #40x20 but you could place it on a #40x30 lot and fill in the extra space however you'd like. It needs some more landscaping, IMO, and definitely some clutter. Enjoy! :)
