My daughter and i worked extremely hard to put this little tidbit together. It has a party room, 2 restrooms, and space for up to 70 guests to dine at the same time (i doubt you ever have that many) i wanted it to be as realistic as possible while still allowing for functionality in the game. Built in the Tail's End lot in Brindleton, but it can be moved to any 40x30 lot and still look great. Not perfect by any means, but we sure tried! Enjoy #pizza #restaurant #partyplace #40x30 #dineout
