This is a rustic A-frame cottage with a loft. It is almost 20k. This would work as a starter home for a couple though. I realised that all of my recent builds have been a similar style so I decided to challenge myself to go out of my comfort zone and make something other than a suburban. I also don't use terrain tools very often so I decided to put a pond out the front.
