Here's the expanded version of Slip 42 Starter with a deck for painting and a grill area at the back. Interior has expanded to accommodate a proper living room with an entertainment unit. Lot is designed to make it look like the sim(s) have lived here for a while now. Interior has a lot of color and eccentrities, fitting for a creative sim.
