This is the upgrade to Base Game Starter meant for the Potters Splay lot, suited for a couple or a single sim. Massively improved interior and exterior upgrading all furniture and appliances, as well as overall aesthetic. Kept the rustic charm but added a lot more detail and some clutter to make it look lived in. Lot isn't maximized so there's a lot more potential.
