This Old Warehouse at the Harbor was used by Europeans to store Spices from around the World. The Spice Marked started here, but eventually moved to it's outdore location leaving the warehouse empty for years. A rich Sim recently opened up a cool Nightclub keeping the industrial raw look. Downstairs are DJ booth with dancefloor, bar, toilets, lounge & game area.
