I build the Gilmore Girls house. It has 2 bed rooms and 3 bathrooms. I built a basement as well as I could see one on the pictures and floorplan. I turned the basement into a gym, not that the Gilmore Girls actually went to a gym, but it fit perfectly and I didn't really know what to put in there anyway.
