This spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bath villa has a *cough* charming pond and has been recently renovated. The last family did quite a bit to make this place feel like home but left the upstairs second bedroom half finished in their renovations. They said something about hearing noises at night, and didn't want their kid talking about seeing things anymore but I'm sure it's just the house settling and an active imagination.
