Over the years, the #church at the top of the hill has slowly lost it's use as the sims that once inhabited it moved on. Now days, there's rumors that it is a home to the #ghosts of long gone sims and perhaps being called home by a groupsof #vampires. It hasn't been proven but there's no denying that when sims dare enter, they're never quite the same when they leave. That is to say if they ever make it out at all.
