This house was inspired by similar houses in my neighbourhood. In southern Germany, sandstone houses are very popular. This house is a duplex with a large apartment on the first floor, which extends to the second floor for the master bedroom. The second apartment is located on the second floor and is rather small, perfect for a Sim who is just starting out with their first fulltime job after college. #sandstone #duplex #german
