Flowershop + Apartment
So I rebuilt this lot in Magnolia Promenade - I kept the shell of the building but made in into a flowershop with an one bedroom apartment on the second floor. It fits 1-2 sims but it's easy to ad another bedroom or make it into something else if you like! Downstairs you find the shop, a small WC for the customers and a little area for the staff.
