Why is this house? I really don't know. Unlovingly called the hat house by me, I toured this home in person today. It was kinda cute, kinda awful. So, I built it. Owner's suite takes up entire upstairs, no door, just stairs. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs with space for a laundry closet in the bath.
