I made this from blueprints from a similar style new construction home in the suburbs of central Florida. I done what I could as far as realism given the limitations of the sims 4. It is a starter home in rl as well as in the sims 4. It is funished but can turn off to reduce price. It has 3 bedrooms 2 Baths. Home office off of entrace. Two car garage and driveway will hold most cc cars. Open style kitchen. Full master suite with walk-in closet. A lanai. Roof has solar tiles. #florida #starter
