I figured this to be a generation house. The first floor features a suite for the grandparents (to avoid all that stair climbing) and the second floor features four bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom and teen bedroom is right next to eachother and are slightly larger. Another bedroom is designated for infants and toddlers, while the last is designated for children.
