A renovation on Willow's Creek Library, tried to mantain the original style and shape but with some modern twists, and add-ons like the lockers and group study rooms. The "staff area" is deliberately unacessible, but if you do want to let sims acess it, just move the cart out of the way. It uses only #basegame and #getotowork packs but it's mainly base game, so it's not a problem if you don't have any expansion, and it also has no CC.
