Approaching it's 80th birthday, this house probably the oldest in the neighbourhood, and maybe the most intresting backstory too. 65 years ago, a nuclear poisoning infected the local area, leading to many riots (that may explain the pond...). Eventually the area was evacuated, letting the poison destroy the houses. Skip 65 year to the present, a new government program was put into place into re-inhabiting the area.
