I did lilsimsie's fixer upper challenge and fixed up this house by Ryanbuilds with his set budget of 33,000. I turned this "Ruined Colonial" into a now cute, livable suburan home! Complete with two bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a finished basement(that has a lovely alien portal in it!), and nice backyard and deck!
