I downloaded to get the ornamental sailing boat in the water because I can't enlarge so deleted all except that, then started my build. This is why it says not original. My Sims love it! Top Deck is like going on a Voyage, You can eat & sleep (3 beds) in lower decks + toilet/shower. #bar #generic #house-boat #swimming.
