Floorplan from #rollosfloorplans, this is #270. I took out one of their bedrooms and turned it into bar space, and added a balcony and a #rooftop #greenhouse, as well as a pool in the backyard. This is just a shell so only partially furnished, I just threw in enough furniture to give you the idea of the layout.
