This was a home I built a few years ago that I completely redesigned. The first floor has a semi open floor plan, with a living room, kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, wet bar, and a bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The two other rooms share a jack and jill bathroom.
