Beach getaway
This house is located on a large #beach lot, with a lot of #water. This is a #modern #house with #beachtones while still having all the #luxuries. There is a lot of #outdoor activities on the lot to get the full #island experience. One room is built for a toddler, which was for the sim family I was making it foor.
