The Okiya
Placed at 2-4-1 Wakabamori in Mt. Komorebi, this Okiya was built a 150 years ago, but the interior is newly renovated. The owner runs the establishment much like a school; here the residents practice and refine their skills as artists and entertainers. On the weekends, however, they open up the okiya to private parties for special guests.
