This is an LGBTQIA+ community center for your sims to gather in. The basement is a place for teens or young adults who either aren't safe at home or got kicked out to stay. the first floor is a hangout area with a speaker room, and the top floor has meeting rooms, a study area, and an outdoor seating area.
