This small villa is made for 4 sims: parents, teenage girl and a toddler. Its most distinctive feature is the #pool on second floor's deck. Beside that you will also find a #garage with a lot of mechanical/gardening clutter. Garage's space can be used as a gym. It's #playtested and #nocc.
