Fit for a hobbit
This is a shell of a hobbit home. I don't have the packs I need to make the interior look the way I want it to, so I'm leaving it as is for now. Would love to see what other people could do with it. There are TONS of debug plants. I set up the floor plan to be a 2 bedroom, 3 bath, but do with it as you will. Could probably be played off the grid.
