3 words can explain these houses: lovely, charming, expensive^^ It´s for two families who can life in two different houses, but they stay close so they don´t miss each other^^ I often have this problem when the children are adults and they have to move in another house for having their own family...yes that´s one of the biggest problems in a sim-life^^.
