Some Sims 3 OG might recognize this building as one of the hill mansions of Sims 3 Late Night. I tried to recreate and design it a little my own. It's perfect for a single or a couple cause it has one bedroom and one bathroom. In addition there's a pool, an indoor gym and some outdoor space for partying, all feeling very safe because of a bunch of greenery.
