In Honor of Arnies #farmland mod AND #cottageliving coming: A Gameplay Challange for you: Move your sims in and renovate as colose to reality as you can (eg: only remove part of the living room wall, dont change the whole floorplan) (only have a fireplace on the chimey) To remove one lot trait pay 10k for a "exterminator" or "construction to fix the power". I also only did one small reno every few sim days to make it feel more gradual, but thats optional :)
