The year:1962. #oasissprings decides to demolish a gothic gem of a #publiclibrary in favor of erecting a #modern #contemporary #library. The architect consults no librarians in the design, but hey, it's bright and NEW, right? Flashforward to today. The space functions & is #playtested, but still staff weep for what was lost (and resent not having offices).
