NewCrest Housing
This is a modern industrial building with 4 apartments and 5 bathrooms. I made the basement into a laundry room where the sims can do laundry and watch TV. There is also a large pool where the sims can BBQ and play basketball. I used letters and numbers from the simmer #FruitLoops40 to number the apartment floors. Thank you FruitLoops for your artwork.
