A futuristc house! If you don't like the hobbies area upstairs or need to accomodate to more sims then turn part (or all) of the hobbies section into bedrooms. Also it doesn"t need to be placed on a 50 x 40 lot, I just built it on one and so this house should be able to fit on smaller lots. #futuristic #house #mansion #future #modern #family #home
