DTL the Restaurant (Darkness to Light) was inspired by a house (yes, a house!) shaped like this that I saw while driving. I couldn't quite figure out how to make it a house, so it's a medival/castle-inspired restaurant instead. Features a bar in the dark, paneled foyer, with an open, airy dining area through a short passage. The menu is experimental with a few breakfast dishes thrown in so you don't have to eat space tacos when you first get up. #MOO #experimental #restaurant #food
