Used a random number generator to let fate pick my theme. Got a 2 - which was Gothic Vibes. I did maybe fudge the rules a teeny bit by changing the roof a to be a Mansard roof which was more in line with the theme, but nothing else was changed, and I did not use the attic the new roof provided.
