A redesigned Industrial Apartments with less packs! Yeah, it doesn't look as impressive but now people who haven't spent a million dollars on this game can enjoy it, or use the shell as a jumping off point. The layout has changed quite a bit (and tweaking with it broke some things so i kinda had to replace stuff) but I hope it will at least satisfy some people. "And the sims wept. Softly.
