Tiny Desert Starter Home
This noCC, mostly base-game small home is perfect for a single sim starting out or would even be a great place to start a family. This lot uses 75/100 tiles for the tier 3 "small" home. Turn on moveobjects cheat. I used only debug landscaping. I tried to use minimal packs, so most actual furnishings are base game.
