Designed for a family wth 2 teens and 1 child. No access to roof but would not be hard to change. Has kiddie pool on 2nd floor patio- not seen in photo. Built with move objects and I noticed when I moved lots it removed the paint on the halfwalls for the roof so make sure you check that!
