The pool could use a little work: it's a man made pond from a by-gone era. We assume the ruined steps went to an old poolhouse, so we left them but built newer, safer ones next to them. The house has all new electrical wiring, new carpets and new paint. No need to worry about exposing the kiddos to lead here, but you might lose them in the maze of rooms! Rumor has it Van Mercury also ran a speak easy in a secret basement. We made the basement easier to find, but it is still spooky. #estate
