This house is based on family homes for sale in Oxford. I wanted to make a house that was super usable for all aged sims. You can comfortably fit 6-7 sims in this lot. I have even prepared a nursery if your sim family is looking to expand. The backyard is cutoff, but there is a pool, kiddy pool, and slide. Ngl, I'm quite proud of this one - it took me a while haha.
